Online notarization for private investigators and investigation agencies

Send the unsigned affidavit or FDACS form. We identify the form number and revision and notarize the notarial section that is printed on that page.

Documents investigators commonly handle

FDACS decides whether the application is complete. A form number alone does not prove that every revision has a notary certificate. Start with which FDACS forms include a notarial section.

  • The unsigned PDF

The agency can coordinate for investigators and sponsors

An agency owner or operations contact can submit the request. On FDACS-16023 the applicant signs. On FDACS-16016 and FDACS-16026 the sponsor signs. The named person appears on camera.

Traveling and international signers

An investigator or sponsor can be traveling or outside the United States when the commissioning state's rules allow the appearance. Remote online notarization is performed under the law of the online notary's commissioning state.

Session cost

One signer and one notarization is $25 domestically. An international session commonly starts at $50. The full table is on professional affidavit services. FDACS filing fees printed on a form are FDACS fees, not the session fee.

Repeat sessions for investigation agencies

Agencies can route each eligible form through the same request. Describe the workflow. There is no published volume discount.
